Who is eligible to apply?
Businesses and entrepreneurs who meet the requirements shown on the application form and who intend to use funding to grow their operation. Eligibility is verified as part of the review process.
Is a grant a loan?
No. Grants are non-repayable. There are no interest charges and no repayment schedule.
How much can I request?
You may request an amount within the range published for the current funding round. The final award amount is determined during review and may differ from the amount requested.
How do I know my application was received?
On submission you receive an application code and a confirmation email (if mail is configured on the server). You can also check your status at any time on our Check Status page using that code and your email.
How long does the review take?
Timelines vary by volume of applications. You will be updated by email and within your client portal as your status changes.
I was offered a grant — what happens next?
Accept the offer as described, keep your documents uploaded and up to date, and watch for email about offer letters and approvals.
How do I receive the funds?
Once approved, request a withdrawal from your client portal. As an additional security step, the account officer assigned to your application will issue a one-time passcode (OTP) that you must enter to complete the withdrawal.
Why do I need an OTP to withdraw?
It verifies that only you (the applicant) can direct the transfer of funds. You will receive the OTP from your account officer on their official contact call.
Do I need a business bank account?
You must provide bank details where your funds can be paid. These are verified before disbursement.
Can I update my information after applying?
Yes. Sign in to your portal and use the Profile page to update your details at any time.
What happens if my application is declined?
Declined applications are closed. You are welcome to apply again in a future funding round.
