Your information is used solely to assess your application, administer your grant, communicate status updates, issue offer letters, and comply with legal obligations. Where you withdraw funds, your supplied bank details are used only to complete the disbursement.

3. Access to Your Information

Only authorized administrators of the Program can view your information. Each application may be assigned an account officer who is the single point of contact for your review and any withdrawal approvals.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use cookies and standard server logs to improve functionality and security. These do not identify you personally and are not used to build advertising profiles.

5. Data Retention

We retain application records for as long as needed to administer the Program and comply with record-keeping and audit requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted password storage and restricted access controls.

7. Your Rights
