1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. The Grant Program
BridgeBreakers Grant (the "Program") issues discretionary, non-repayable grants to eligible businesses and entrepreneurs. A grant is not an entitlement; all funding decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of the Program.
3. Eligibility & Accuracy
You confirm that all information submitted in your application is true, complete, and current. You agree to notify the Program promptly of any material changes (e.g. business closure, change of bank details). Providing false information may lead to rejection, or to the recovery of any funds already disbursed.
4. Use of Funds
Unless otherwise agreed in your offer letter, disbursed grant funds must be used for the business purposes described in your application. The Program may request reasonable documentation of how funds were used.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available only after a grant has been approved and are subject to verification, including a one-time passcode (OTP) issued by your assigned account officer. The Program is not responsible for funds sent to an account number you have incorrectly provided.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
We treat your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Communications, documents, and review outcomes may be shared only with the account officer responsible for your application.
7. No Warranty
This website and its content are provided "as is." The Program does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that this website will be available at any particular time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the grant process.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Program may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
